Homestay Accommodation

Your home away from home

Our International Operations team can help you to find the right place to live during your course.

We are working in partnership with established accommodation provider, The Language Training Company, who can arrange accommodation for our students where needed.

We strongly recommend homestay accommodation for students who are new to the UK. While living with a UK family you will be provided with breakfast and dinner Monday to Friday and three meals at the weekend. Many of the homestay properties are large family homes, and they can offer a very pleasant and safe environment for international students.

Students can book homestay accommodation, which involves living as a member of the family with your own room. Please note that accommodation bookings are typically from Saturday to Saturday.

Homestay information and prices are available on request from the International Operations team at The College, or from The Language Training Company who would be happy to help you with advice and booking homestay accommodation.

Self-catering Accommodation

Bournemouth and Poole College do not own or allocate any self-catered student accommodation. There are, however, lots of self-catering accommodation options available for students aged over 18 who wish to live independently or with friends whilst they are studying at The College.

Information about local accommodation options can be provided on request however students will need to make direct contact with the letting agents and private student accommodation companies to pursue this option further.
